• BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SaaS implementations.
• Customer-facing project coordination experience required.
• Experience IT project management or healthcare industry a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
