Job summary

Vividly is a remote-friendly SaaS company redefining TPM solutions for the CPG industry. The Implementation team leads end-to-end customer onboarding, translating solutions into real configurations, data setups, and go-live readiness.

You’ll own multi-project delivery, coordinate across teams, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for brands like Liquid Death, Amy’s, and Perfect Snacks. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, design understanding, and strong customer-facing

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, implementation consulting, customer onboarding, or a similar customer-facing delivery role.
• Hands-on configuring a SaaS platform based on documented business requirements or solution designs.
• Proven experience independently managing customer implementations from configuration through go-live.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation project for assigned customers, from post-Solution Alignment through configuration, training, UAT, go-live, and transition.
• Lead customer implementation meetings with confidence, clear direction, and follow-through.
• Translate approved Solution Architecture designs into accurate, scalable Vividly platform configuration.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding workstreams and manage dependencies.
