Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Client Services team. You will lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, configure the platform, and ensure go-live with clean data and validated outcomes.

You will translate business processes into platform configurations, guide client teams, and collaborate across Success, Support, Sales, and Product to deliver repeatable implementations that maximize value.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or software delivery.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent implementation projects.
• Experience with AMS/LMS or nonprofit platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure platform settings, workflows, and data setup to meet client needs.
• Guide client teams and establish best practices for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Support, Sales, and Product for smooth handoffs and repeatable assets.
