Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Project Implementation Manager III to lead end-to-end software implementation projects for clients in regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals and life sciences. The role is remote and international, coordinating diverse teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client services, customer support, project management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple client projects with governance over scope, timelines and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client meetings, presentations, and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to ongoing support.
• Serve as primary client contact with progress updates and documented decisions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and action items across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including implementation engineers, validation specialists, Account Management, and Technical Support.
• Gather requirements, support scoping and estimation, and secure client approvals before work begins.
