Job summary

Just in Time GCP is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing projects across the life sciences sector, from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budgets, and timelines, and develop essential project documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of PM experience in life sciences, and demonstrates hands-on support for deliverables, change management, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant project management experience in life sciences or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional internal teams
• A strong foundation in clinical operations and a working knowledge of the drug development process
• Familiarity with TMF systems and regulatory expectations related to clinical trial documentation
• The ability to lead project execution while providing hands-on support with deliverable development
• Experience supporting change management efforts, including stakeholder coordination, training logistics, and communication planning
• A proactive, consultative approach to client service with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, translating needs into actionable plans and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes
• Managing project scope, budget, and timelines in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW), and escalating risks or changes as needed
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and executive updates
• Supporting project team execution by clarifying responsibilities, offering guidance, and contributing to the development of high-quality client deliverables
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless execution and identify opportunities for process improvement
