Job summary

Masimo is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region to lead 15+ concurrent projects from initiation to closure. You’ll align priorities, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining patient care standards.

The role requires hospital environment experience, strong diplomacy, and up to 50% overnight travel monthly. Remote work is eligible with a flexible schedule and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital or hospital-type environments.
• Independent work skills with strong work ethic and leadership.
• Diplomacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate with hospital admins and Masimo cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel overnight at least 50% of each month.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of 15+ concurrent implementation projects.
• Define project scope and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Coordinate resources to achieve goals and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress, risks, and scope changes, and report weekly.
