Job summary

Just in Time GCP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream projects for life sciences sponsors. You’ll serve as a senior client contact, align project strategies with client objectives, and oversee governance and financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant project management experience in life sciences or related field

Responsibilities

Serve as senior client contact, translate needs into actionable strategies, align with objectives
Lead complex, cross-functional projects across multiple workstreams, coordinating teams, dependencies, and resources
Assess and manage overall project health: scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies; provide recommendations
Oversee project financials: budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, variance mitigation
Manage scope changes against Statements of Work and mitigation strategies
Lead project governance and executive-level communications; translate data into insights for clients and leadership
mentor project managers and teams, promote best practices in planning, governance and delivery
Identify opportunities to strengthen delivery and contribute to PMO processes and tools
