Job summary

Itron is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to lead technical deployments for their SaaS platform catering to the Utilities & Energy sector. This remote role requires technical ownership of implementation workstreams, extensive collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, and assurance of secure and scalable customer environments. Key responsibilities include managing customer integrations, data migration, and addressing technical challenges during deployment. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in enterprise SaaS consulting and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation consulting, or technical roles.
• Proven experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with SSO technologies and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation workstreams from kickoff to go-live.
• Conduct technical discovery related to customer environments.
• Manage technical design decisions and partner with internal teams.
