Job summary

Itron, Inc. is looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to spearhead the technical deployment of their SaaS platform for enterprise utility customers in the United States. This role focuses on configuration and technical enablement to ensure secure and scalable implementations.

The successful candidate will lead technical workstreams, manage integrations, and validate customer environments. Strong experience with SSO technologies and troubleshooting skills are essential. Itron offers a competitive benefits package including hybrid work options.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in solutions consulting or technical deployment roles within enterprise SaaS.
Proven experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise software implementations.
Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable, supportable technical configurations.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical implementation workstream for enterprise customer deployments.
Conduct technical discovery related to customer environments and integration requirements.
Define and manage technical design decisions aligned with platform standards.
Lead configuration and troubleshooting of SSO and user provisioning.
Scope, design, and configure integrations with customer systems.
