parcelLab, the leading Operations Experience Management platform, is growing in the US! We are looking for a full-time Implementation Manager based remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zones to join our global Customer Implementation team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, or Technical Project Management in SaaS.
• Outstanding project, stakeholder, and expectation management skills.
• AI- and tech-savvy with a keen interest in learning new technical skills.
• Familiarity with log management tools (Graylog/Kibana/Splunk) for troubleshooting.
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Bash) and HTML understanding.
• Understanding of e‑commerce and last‑mile logistics or willingness to learn.
• Data-driven mindset to support customer decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding experience and guide data ingestion.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Solution Consulting on goals and onboarding scope.
• Gather customer goals and define data transfer and integration approaches.
• Configure the solution, set up rules, and enable AI tools.
• Perform light technical triage, reference logs and API documentation when needed.
• Advocate for product improvements and communicate value to Product and Engineering teams.
