Job summary

Transportation Insight is seeking a Parcel Operations Specialist to support the implementation and setup of new clients and carriers. You will partner with Implementation, IT and Client Services to gather requirements, test and implement services per the Service Agreement and Statement of Work.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate setup, conduct client calls, document GL coding, and provide training materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Implementation, IT and Client Services to set up new clients, accounts and carriers.
• Understand and interpret Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Participate in client calls and emails as a Parcel Subject Matter Expert.
• Document and implement client GL Coding rules when needed.
• Test and implement client requirements with IT.
• Educate clients on invoicing and reporting processes.
• Provide issue resolution for reports, invoices, and inquiries.
• Assist with SOC II compliance audit and related tasks.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
