Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end onboarding projects for nonprofit and association clients. You will manage scope, timelines, and risks while configuring the platform to meet client needs, validating data, and guiding client teams through go-live.

The role blends project management, technical setup, and cross-functional collaboration, with a remote-first culture and focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or software delivery.
• Experience with Association Management Software (AMS), Learning Management Software (LMS), or nonprofit platforms preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Set and maintain client expectations, communicating changes proactively and surfacing issues early.
• Configure and Deliver Solutions through discovery, platform configuration, and data validation.
• Support data imports and validate data setup for a clean go-live.
• Define, execute, and document testing to confirm requirements are met before cutover.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and system setup issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Guide and Enable Client Teams by sharing best practices and aligning workflows to platform capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor.
