Bonterra is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead complex client implementations of the Case Management and Fundraising Solutions. You will architect solutions, align staffing and timelines, and empower clients with skills to own their solution long-term.

The role emphasizes discovery, design, and demonstrations, with collaboration across Project Managers and Onboarding Consultants to ensure success across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Experience with data migration and QA.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Background in nonprofit tech is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Architect solutions meeting customer needs, considering staffing, data migration, and integrations.
• Lead complex client implementations across Bonterra's Case Management and/or Fundraising Solutions.
• Design and configure solutions within budget and timelines; document requirements and estimate work.
• Lead technical demonstrations and translate features for stakeholders.
