Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our remote-first Client Services team. You will lead onboarding projects, configure the platform to match client needs, and guide organizations to go-live and full value realization.

You will work across AMS and LMS platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service and measurable outcomes for nonprofit and association clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of SaaS implementation or software delivery experience.
• Strong project management and client-facing communication.
• Experience with SaaS platforms in nonprofit space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure workflows and data settings to fit client processes.
• Provide training and enable client teams for go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation throughout the project.
