Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead implementation and ongoing success of fundraising and advocacy software for nonprofit clients. You will guide organizations through onboarding, integrations, feature adoption, and support, balancing project leadership with hands-on client assistance.

This remote, client-facing role emphasizes precise time tracking, collaboration with design, CRM consultants, and ESP vendors, and proactive solution delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
• Strong project management skills across multiple client engagements.
• Technical fluency with CMS, eCRM, ESPs, and fundraising tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for nonprofit clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead software implementations, system integrations, and technical consulting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Track scope, budget, and deliverables against Statements of Work (SOW).
• Log billable time in 15-minute increments for projects and support.
