Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist for the Americas (EST) to own end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers. You will lead planning, coordinate with customers, and drive successful onboarding in a remote-first environment with minimal travel.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure high-quality delivery, rapid time-to-value, and durable customer outcomes across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex implementations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to manage remote projects with clear milestones and stakeholder alignment.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to tailor implementations to customer needs.
• Experience navigating change and advising on best practices for software adoption.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new Ashby customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for enterprise customers to ensure time to value.
