Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide customer enablement and product adoption through fixed-fee services. You will work with Customer and Account Teams to ensure successful, scalable deployments and high adoption across client industries.

The role reports to a Manager of Solution Services based in Costa Rica and requires hands-on SaaS implementation and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
• Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing SaaS applications.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent engagements to implement Smartsheet for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive timelines, scope, and changes.
• Design, demonstrate, and build Smartsheet solutions meeting business needs.
• Glean deep knowledge of Smartsheet and premium products.
• Identify expansion opportunities for Smartsheet with customers.
• Advise on best practices for scaling Smartsheet across industries.
