Smartsheet is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Development to lead, coach, and motivate our SDR team in a US-based remote role. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you’ll hire, train and manage SDRs, develop growth paths, and forecast activity with executives.

You will leverage Salesforce.com and other SaaS tools to drive performance, set standards, and help the team exceed objectives through mentorship and strategic leadership.

Qualificações

• 2+ years sales experience in SaaS.
• 1-3 years sales management experience.
• Passion for coaching and mentoring emerging sales talent.
• Experience giving both positive and constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
• Capability to understand customer pain points and requirements, capacity to respond with value of Smartsheet products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
• Develop strategies for career growth within the Smartsheet sales organization
• Report on activity metrics and forecast to the sales executives/directors
• Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
• Actively use Salesforce.com and other SaaS tools to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics
