Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to support the sales teams and channel partners through the full sales cycle. Based in Costa Rica, you’ll collaborate with Finance, Legal, Professional Services, and Sales to ensure fast, accurate transactions and optimal deal execution.

You’ll work with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Tableau, manage deal registrations, review contracts, and help optimize the Quote-to-Cash process in a high-volume, fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Ops, or Deal Desk at a SaaS organization.
• 2+ years of experience working with Channel Partners.
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet and Tableau is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all sales teams and channel partners throughout the full sales cycle.
• Work within Salesforce.com CRM & CPQ to assist sales reps.
• Manage high volume intake queue with SLAs.
• Manage partner deal registration and lead routing.
• Review contracts and order paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Create custom order forms and guide on complex deal structures, escalate as needed.
• Learn and master the quoting process.
• Coordinate deal reviews with sales and support training, development, and policy compliance.
• Manage daily deal approvals and cross-department collaboration to speed transactions.
• Identify improvements in Quote-to-Cash to accelerate order processing.
• Assist with reconciliation of multiple transactions and contract adjustments.
• Respond to partner inquiries (POs, quotes, invoices, order confirmations, status updates, pricing).
