Job summary

Corpay is hiring a Field Sales Representative based in Southern IL to drive net-new business for our SaaS-based Fuel Management solution and competitive fuel card within a defined territory.

You will prospect, run consultative sales conversations, and collaborate with pricing, legal and risk teams to close deals and implement solutions. Salesforce experience and a track record of quota attainment are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of documented B2B sales with a track record of hitting/exceeding goals.
• Strong prospecting and self-sourcing skills; ability to generate leads independently.
• Proficiency with research/prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Prior experience selling to or managing corporate clients preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial payments, fuel, and/or automation is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, cold-calling, and generating new business opportunities with middle-market commercial accounts.
• Leading consultative sales conversations to uncover prospect goals and needs.
• Presenting and demonstrating solutions that align with customer needs and deliver value.
• Partnering with internal teams (pricing, legal, risk) to close deals and ensure smooth implementation.
• Managing pipeline and forecasts accurately within Salesforce.
• Building and maintaining a professional network to support pipeline growth.
• Participating in sales planning, events, and campaigns.
• Meeting and exceeding assigned sales/revenue targets.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through coaching and feedback.
• Maintaining compliance with company processes and requirements.
