Job summary

jobgether is seeking a customer success professional to manage a portfolio of SaaS customers across onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewal. You will serve as the day-to-day contact, translate product capabilities into practical workflows, and drive value realization in a fully remote environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Implementation, and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience, monitor health and usage, and identify opportunities for expansion while advocating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer success or similar SaaS role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers across onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewal.
• Serve as primary point of contact and resolve routine questions and issues.
• Monitor customer health and usage to identify risks and opportunities early.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Implementation, Product to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Translate product capabilities into practical workflows and tailored recommendations.
• Coordinate with Implementation teams for smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing success.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities and connect customers to Sales.
