Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Customer Success Management based in the United States. This remote leadership role oversees a pooled team of 4–7 Customer Success Managers, driving scalable value across a broad account portfolio and implementing repeatable plays.

You will design operating models for onboarding, adoption, renewals, risk management, and expansion, while coaching talent and improving processes, tooling, and team capacity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years in Customer Success or account management.
• 2 years of experience managing or leading Customer Success Manager teams.
• Experience operating a pooled or high-volume customer coverage model.
• Strong knowledge of renewal strategy, retention management, and risk identification.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4--7 pooled Customer Success Managers.
• Manage workload distribution, queue coverage, and team capacity for consistent service.
• Establish portfolio review, renewal, risk, and performance rhythms using data.
• Operationalize standardized customer value plays for onboarding and renewal prep.
• Define value milestones and ensure product adoption links to measurable results.
• Own retention performance across the portfolio, with renewal readiness and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Sales and Renewals to identify expansion opportunities and handoffs.
