Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager for a remote, home-office role based in the continental United States. You will support subcontractors, general contractors, architects and engineers, driving adoption and retention across our SaaS offerings.

You will implement proactive engagement through the customer journey, train clients on products, and monitor health indicators to identify growth opportunities. Travel is limited but possible for GTM and team meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer support for SaaS software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products.
• Basic knowledge of the construction industry or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic mindset focused on supporting small business growth and customer success.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Execute outreach through the customer journey using health indicators and tools.
• Provide training and support to clients on products or services.
• Attain KPIs for retention including contact rate, churn, and renewal/retention ratios.
• Follow SOPs for all account interactions in CRM systems and other tools.
