Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is hiring a Customer Engagement Manager to support our SMB clients—subcontractors, general contractors, architects and engineers—through proactive outreach and best-practice guidance. This remote role reports to the Manager, Customer Success and aims to boost adoption and retention across our product suite.

You will build relationships, deliver training, monitor health indicators, and drive KPIs such as first-year retention and renewal rates to help clients realize

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support for SaaS-based software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products.
Basic knowledge of the construction industry, or the ability to learn it quickly.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand needs, provide support, and drive retention.
Execute customer engagement programs through structured customer journeys and health indicators.
Provide product training and support to clients, including demos and setup assistance.
Achieve KPIs to improve account retention, churn, and renewal rates.
Follow SOPs for all account interactions in CRM and other tools.
