Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to join our Go-To-Market team. This remote, home‑office role supports SMB customers, including subcontractors, general contractors, architects and engineers, helping them succeed with our product suite and realize value from the partnership.

You will build strong relationships, run proactive engagement programs, provide product demonstrations and training, and monitor health metrics to drive retention and renewals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support for SaaS-based software.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic data analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand needs and growth opportunities.
• Execute customer engagement programs with proactive outreach and health indicators.
• Provide training and guidance on using products effectively, including demos and profile setups.
• Aim for KPIs around retention, renewal, and churn reduction.
• Follow SOPs in CRM and other tools for all interactions.
