Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to support our SMB client base, primarily subcontractors and general contractors, architects and engineers. You will drive proactive outreach, guidance, and value realization from our partnership, leveraging data and insights to improve adoption and retention.

This full-time, remote role reports to the Manager, Customer Success. Travel is under 10%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support for SaaS-based software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products.
• Basic knowledge of the construction industry, or the ability to learn it quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and opportunities.
• Execute customer engagement programs with proactive outbound touchpoints.
• Provide training and support to clients on using products or services.
• Achieve KPIs for retention, including churn, renewal, and contact rates.
• Follow SOPs for account interactions in CRM and related tools.
