Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is hiring a Customer Engagement Manager to support our SMB customer base, including subcontractors, general contractors, architects and engineers. You will drive adoption across our product suite, provide proactive outreach, and deliver practical guidance to build long‑term partnerships and improve retention.

This full-time, remote role reports to the Manager, Customer Success, with travel less than 10% for GTM or team meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products and construction industry basics.
• Strong integrity, accountability and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and drive retention.
• Execute customer engagement programs using health indicators and outreach touchpoints.
• Provide training and guidance on products or services, including demos and setup help.
• Meet KPIs for retention, contact rate, churn, renewal and overall growth.
• Follow SOPs for all interactions within CRM systems and other tools.
