Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to help SMB customers—subcontractors, GC's, architects and engineers—adopt our SaaS solutions and realize value from the partnership. You will drive proactive outreach, guidance, and best-practice recommendations to improve product adoption and retention.

The role is full-time, remote in the continental United States, reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, with travel under 10% for GTM or team meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support for SaaS-based software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand needs, uncover risk and growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
• Execute customer engagement programs through customer journey with health indicators and tools.
• Provide training and support to clients on using products and creating/updating profiles or saved searches.
