Job summary

PlanSource Holdings, Inc. seeks an accomplished Controller to lead our remote accounting organization and ensure GAAP financial reporting for a fast-growing SaaS company. This senior role owns the close process, revenue recognition, audits, and treasury oversight, with a strong emphasis on automation and AI-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Sales Operations, mentor a distributed team, and build scalable controls to support growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience as Controller or Assistant Controller in SaaS/software.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate reporting.
• Oversee GAAP financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Manage internal controls, audits, and tax compliance.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled improvements, and systems like NetSuite.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, Sales Ops on contracts and revenue matters.
