BetterRX is a remote-friendly SaaS healthcare company seeking a Client Support Specialist to join the Client Experience Team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls with hospices and pharmacies, provide timely support, and offer brief training to ensure confident software use.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-focused, with experience in SaaS client support or as Pharmacy Technicians. Remote work in the USA with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and service

Responsibilities

• Handle 20-40 inbound support calls daily and tickets from hospices and pharmacies.
• Answer incoming support calls timely with minimal voicemail.
• Place outbound calls to proactively check on new users and offer brief training sessions.
