Responsibilities

• Manage 20–40 inbound calls per day and support tickets from hospice organizations and pharmacies.
• Make outbound calls to welcome users, provide guidance, and offer brief training sessions.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Sales teams to improve satisfaction and retention.
