Qualifications
- 3 years of experience building and maintaining production software.

- Excellent communication to explain technical issues to non-technical partners.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and resolve software bugs impacting end-users and apply database changes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to address root causes and fix product gaps surfaced through support.
- Document troubleshooting steps and expand the knowledge base.
- Monitor system performance and lead incident resolutions in on-call rotation.
- Review pull requests for correctness, risk, and maintainability.
- Own projects from scoping through delivery, focusing on tooling and fixes.
