Job summary

Net Health is hiring a Technical Support Representative I to deliver end-user support for our SaaS healthcare software. You will own client questions from a wide range of roles, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineering for complex resolutions.

The role emphasizes proactive documentation, knowledge-base growth, and collaboration within a geographically dispersed team while supporting clients across the United States. A strong foundation in SQL/AD and PC software installation is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in client service or technical support role.
• Experience with installation/configuration of PC software and hardware.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server/TSQL a plus.
• Experience with computer networking, file shares and Active Directory.
• Good documentation, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve client issues following department guidelines and timeframes.
• Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot client issues, including downloading and updating key software dependencies; escalate to level 3/engineering as needed.
• Document support cases and develop internal knowledge base for future reference.
• Provide support for a suite of software applications and respond to client emails within SLAs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
