TeamBuilder in the healthcare SaaS space seeks an early-career Customer Support Representative who helps customers maximize the value of our platform. You will join the customer success team, respond to 20+ tickets daily, guide users through features, and collaborate with product and implementation experts to ensure smooth delivery across time zones.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in technical customer service or a help desk role.
• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SaaS customer service or client-facing support is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, timely solutions to a variety of customer support requests (Tier 1 and 2).
• Respond to ~20+ tickets per day and manage customer expectations.
• Log, prioritize, and escalate issues using ticket workflows.
• Share expertise to guide clients through the platform and promote adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support procedures and docs.
• Participate in shift coverage across time zones as needed.
