Mon Ami, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist aging and disability care providers with our cloud-based platform. The role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication to keep customers supported at every step.

You will triage tickets, develop Help Center resources, and partner with product, engineering, and data teams to resolve issues, while maintaining a high standard of service in a remote, ET-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer support or client-facing roles.
