Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking a Business Development Representative in the United States to drive growth by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and advancing new business in manufacturing. You will play a key role in developing the pipeline and collaborating with Solution Architects to close deals.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, CRM usage, and strong communication skills. A bilingual English/French ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience in manufacturing.
• Track record of over-achieving in deliverables.
• Strong phone presence and ability to perform high-volume outbound calls per day.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and tools like Gong, Orum, Outreach, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team player and collaborator.
• High enthusiasm and professional representation.
• Fluency in both French and English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule qualified online sales demonstrations for Solution Architects via outbound calls, emails, text, and LinkedIn.
• Understand prospect needs and how our value propositions address them.
• Schedule qualified online demonstrations to meet monthly quotas for calls and demonstrations.
• Research accounts, identify targets, and generate interest via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned territory.
• Partner with Solution Architects to build/expand enterprise pipeline and close deals.
• Maintain system hygiene by inputting accurate data and following defined sales processes.
