Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our growing team. You will field customer concerns, resolve user access issues, manage data errors, assist with software upgrades and testing, and escalate complex issues as needed.

This role supports office conversions and requires strong communication across departments. Reporting to the Application Support Team Lead, you will provide timely resolution of business application issues via phone, chat, email, and in-person support.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Narrow foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, O365, SharePoint).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or application support.
