Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our growing team. You will field customer concerns, resolve access issues, and support software upgrades across multiple offices in a hybrid or remote setting.

You will engage with SaaS and custom applications, provide world-class service via phone, chat, and email, and collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize application usage. Up to ~5% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, O365, SharePoint).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical/support roles.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 support for SaaS and custom applications via multiple channels.
• Resolve user access issues and data errors; assist with testing upgrades.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
• Occasional travel to offices for onsite support (up to 5%).
