Job summary

OnBoard is seeking a Lead Onboarding Specialist to guide large strategic customers through the configuration, training, and adoption of our board management platform. You will own onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as the primary project manager.

You will coordinate across customer stakeholders and internal teams, partner with Customer Success and Sales to align onboarding goals with outcomes, and act as a trusted advisor guiding change management during activation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onboarding for enterprise clients.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into actionable onboarding plans.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
