Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager for the Western US to drive SaaS-based sales in a remote role. Based in CA or AZ, you will manage existing clients, cross-sell software and hardware solutions, and meet quarterly quotas while coordinating with Customer Support and Product Development to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 1 year in a closing role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or business-related field preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business from existing clients by cross-selling and expanding current products.
• Maintain close relationships with existing users and key potential customers.
• Lead software demonstrations (online, in-person, or recorded) and support sales demos.
• Meet quarterly/annual quotas and activity standards (calls, product introductions, trainings).
• Collaborate with local market teams to follow up on leads and drive sales growth.
