Job summary

UpGuard is seeking an Account Manager to drive renewals and revenue growth within key SaaS accounts. You will report to the Head of Account Management and collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to maximize value for clients.

The role focuses on contract negotiation, risk identification, and recognizing expansion opportunities, with a strong emphasis on cyber security knowledge and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in SaaS renewals and revenue growth.
• Solid understanding of cyber security, esp. TPRM.
• Proven ability to negotiate renewals and contracts.
• Strategic thinking for account growth and risk mitigation.
• Data-driven decision making with metrics on renewals.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, CS and marketing.
• Curiosity about AI tools to enhance the work process.

Responsibilities

• Drive Renewals: own renewal process for key accounts with timely renewals.
• Revenue Retention: safeguard existing revenue and address risks proactively.
• Revenue Expansion: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with sales.
• Contract Negotiation: lead renewals and expansions with legal/finance input.
• Market Insights: stay informed on trends to advise clients.
• Collaboration: align with cross-functional teams on strategy.
• Reporting & Metrics: track renewal rates, upsell, and account health.
