Job summary

Xtremepush, a leading Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform, is seeking an Account Manager to nurture long-term partnerships with key customers in the US, driving revenue retention and growth.

You will manage client relationships, conduct QBRs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value realization and product adoption of our platform, while coordinating efforts in the US East Coast timezone.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager role.
• At least 5 years experience in a tech/SaaS company.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and manage client relationships.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate task and progress tracking in HubSpot and report on status.
• Prepare reports on account status and forecast key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of customer strategies.
