Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or relevant role
• Have at least 2 years experience in a tech / SaaS company
• Experience working in the sports, betting and gaming industry
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, maintaining regular and proactive communication
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to discuss performance, align on strategic goals, and plan upcoming initiatives
• Identify and present opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Forecast and track critical account metrics, such as sales performance and annual revenue projections
