Job summary

BookingCentral is seeking an Account Manager / Customer Support Specialist to support existing customers, build strong relationships, and help operators get the most from our software. This is a full-time role with remote work available anywhere in the United States and occasional travel.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-focused roles, excellent communication, and the ability to learn software quickly. Experience with Pipedrive or booking-related SaaS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, account management, customer success, or SaaS operations.
• Clear verbal and written communication across phone, email, and video.
• Ability to learn software quickly and troubleshoot operational and technical questions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Independent work from a home office with a remote team collaboration.
• Customer-first, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or booking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts through regular check-ins and proactive support.
• Help customers use BookingCentral features and workflows, monitor account health, and address concerns before escalated.
• Respond to support tickets, emails, calls, and texts promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot software issues and guide customers through solutions; escalate bugs or development requests as needed.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and assist with renewals and long-term satisfaction.
