Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for Yelp Reservations, Waitlist, Connect, and Advertising. This remote role requires residing in the United States (excluding the Bay Area) and offers a base salary with uncapped incentives.

You will prospect, qualify business needs, and close deals while leveraging Yelp’s suite of restaurant solutions to help owners grow their business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 18+ months outbound sales experience.
• Experience with restaurant technology (reservation/waitlist/front-of-house) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable on the phone.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own book of business through prospecting and pipeline管理.
• Drive the full sales cycle primarily through inside sales: make intro calls, qualify, and close.
• Become an expert in Yelp’s full suite of products and communicate value proposition.
• Be knowledgeable of other restaurant solutions to help owners grow their business.
• Adapt product recommendations to client needs and handle objections.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
