Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Account Executive to manage a book of restaurant clients from prospecting to closing. The role is remote for US residents (excluding the Bay Area) and involves mastering Yelp’s product suite to drive value for restaurant partners.

You will run the full sales cycle, qualify client goals, and consistently exceed monthly targets while leveraging internal tools to research and draft proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 18 months outbound sales experience.
• Experience with restaurant technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and phone proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own book of business through prospecting and disciplined pipeline management.
• Drive the full sales cycle primarily through inside sales: make introductory calls, qualify goals, and close.
• Become an expert in Yelp’s full suite of products: Yelp Reservations, Waitlist, Connect and Advertising.
• Be knowledgeable of other restaurant solutions available in the market that help owners grow their business.
• Adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs and handle objections.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Use Chatbench to research, draft proposals, analyze data and overcome objections.
