Job summary

Thryv, a leading SaaS platform provider, seeks an Outside Software Account Representative in a remote-first role serving the US with a focus on expanding Thryv’s SaaS client base. Role requires 50% travel and a strong drive to exceed sales quotas.

You will nurture existing clients, hunt for new business, and collaborate with marketing and tech to drive strategy and product adoption across a growing client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years outbound sales with full sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work remotely in a remote-first environment.
• 50% driving requirement with valid driver’s license.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of the job posting city.

Responsibilities

• Grow penetration to existing clients and expand SaaS client base.
• Call on assigned clients to nurture relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients via self-generated and company prospecting programs.
• Execute defined sales processes, cadences, product demos, and order entries.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
