Job summary

Cruva is seeking an Account Executive to join their remote sales team. In this role, you will actively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals with DTC brands. You will be part of a fast-growing company that operates in the TikTok Shop ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience and a strong understanding of the DTC space. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, commission, and equity.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle sales in SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
• Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quotas.
• Genuine interest in TikTok Shop, ecommerce, or the creator economy.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle across inbound and outbound: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
• Run sharp, outcome-focused demos connecting product to revenue considerations.
• Source and work outbound leads in parallel with inbound.
