Job summary

Grail Talent is a remote US-based Creator Agency seeking a TikTok Shop Account Executive to drive new business and expand client partnerships for our TikTok Shop program. You will source, pitch, and close brand partnerships while managing existing accounts in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment.

You’ll work daily in HubSpot, maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborate with local TikTok partner reps.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum of sales, account executive, or business development experience.
• Comfort working daily inside a CRM (HubSpot experience a plus).
• Strong written communication for outreach across email and social channels.
• Multilingual candidates a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and closing new business opportunities in the US market, and international clients entering the US market.
• Developing relationships with local TikTok partner reps and team members.
• Owning the strategy in your target region.
• Building and maintaining a professional social media presence as a core sales tool.
• Owning your pipeline in HubSpot: lead sourcing, deal staging, and brand fit scoring.
• Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
• Building full proposals and P&Ls for prospective clients.
• Meeting weekly activity benchmarks and monthly closing targets.
• Working with existing clients to expand in the US market and upsell opportunities.
• Researching potential partners, including Kalodata for TikTok Shop readiness.
• Maintaining regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
