Cruva is looking for a growth leader to build and manage marketing initiatives for TikTok Shop. This remote role (LA preferred) involves owning the entire growth funnel, from acquisition to retention.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing growth programs, working with data to optimize performance, and a strong background in ecommerce. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $220,000, plus equity incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in building growth programs from the ground up.
• Ability to run paid campaigns and write nurturing sequences.
• Proficient in data analysis and customer engagement.
• Strong record of measurable results in SEO, paid, or content programs.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, DTC brands, or TikTok Shop is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the full growth funnel including acquisition and optimization.
• Build and prioritize the growth roadmap and associated experiments.
• Define metrics such as CAC, LTV, and activation rates.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Hire and lead a growth team as the company scales.
